Hello, my old van has a motor that is very noisy, and would love to isolate the cabin from the motor part. Don't see any way to dismantle all the plastic that is covering the front part. I am not an English speaker, so I am not sure of the name of it, but I think it's the dashboard.

It seems a whole big piece from the top to the bottom, so no idea about how to do it to access the metal plate and cover it with the isolator.

Just to clarify I upload two photos

Hope someone knows how to do that.

It is called a dashboard. Its a bit long winded to tell you how to. It been about 20 years since I had one out. As I tell my apprentices, start undoing screws until it comes out. If you need a online guide, you can pay for some software called WIS direct from MB.
