W 212 7g plus

I need a tip regarding the 7g plus I have sometimes a light jerk from p to d is there an option to adapt this with the star diagnose or is that an internal fault.ATF changed with merc oil.

Is this with the car on any sort of a slope, and are you using the hand (foot) brake before putting the car in Park?

It could be the car resting on the parking pawl in park, and the weight of the car causes some restriction in the release of the parking pawl. On any slope, even gentle, use the parking brake first.

If it was truely the gears bit of the gearbox, I would expect it to do this noise/jerk from Neutral to Drive.

Can you confirm it's just P to D, and not N to D?

It's only from p into d normal parking not on a hill all other gearchanges are smooth
