this car is local to me and the guy has been trying to sell it for some time now, its been parked at the side of the road with a for sale in the window for at least 3months. Looks clean but I havent taken a close look. i recon hes just wants shut now, so if anyone is interested I dont mind having a good look round it and making him an offer, it could be a bargain.

would be a nice cheap buy as has low mileage but its a manual which is probably why its not selling.

I could do with a 200 for work, but i would like a faclift one, not for £750 I know, that does look nice tho , What is a 200 like on fuel?

Would be a bit underpowered but maybe the manual gearbox might help. I would be checking carefully the head gasket on that design/age of engine. Otherwise looks a clean example. You say you see it everyday at the side of the road. Not a good sign, better if it was still in daily use. Still even with a head gasket at the right price??????

I bought a 96 facelift E200 estate with MB service history for £720
