Yes. They suggested stripping the old loom out. I may well do that, as the SA30 doesn't look like it was meant for under-bonnet location.

Mine were both in the passenger compartment under the dash on the passenger side. I used the new loom supplied with the SA30 and just connected it in place of the original.
You will find the wiring diagram and installation instructions for the old device very useful (if you can locate it) as some of the wire colours are different on the SA30.
