Not my cup of tea, but certainly period and rather rare.

Its the color that makes it look worse, I think it would look ok on a white or black, amg kitted, 300ce.

Strangely last night I saw very similar on a CE with a SEC bonnet to level both ends up. It did look rather period if somewhat tired.

I've used this in the past - Germany Address & Mail Forwarding

They give you adress in germany to send to and then send it to you.
Don't know about this though - postage might be expensive
