W124 e220 Coupe - Middle Silencer Required

Hi all,
Failed MOT last week due to major leak of exhaust gases from the middle silencer, way beyond attempting a patch up repair.
Trying to find a replacement part though is proving a bit difficult. ECP have one listed at £214.99 but is out of stock.
The only ones I can find are the group of German websites (onlinecarparts.co.uk, mister-auto.co.uk, autodoc.co.uk etc) who have a couple of options for around £130 but the part numbers do not match perfectly.
MB Dealer (kindly against policy) tells me part number is A1244919801, but the part listed on mister-auto is A1244919701.

Does anyone know if A1244919701 would fit, or have any alternatives I haven't yet tried ?
I would consider a used donor part if one were available.

Dealer price was £333 + VAT which as i'm currently at risk of redundancy is too much to fork out at the minute.

Cheers Scott. I'd enquired with them through their website yesterday as it just said to call for price / availability. Have now called and been told they don't think they have in stock so are trying to source before getting back to me.
Is it fairly standard practice to advertise availability without having the stock ? Thats what I assumed the German websites were probably doing looking at a fair amount of the review comments.
Hopefully he'll have some success and will come back to me.

There are others on EBay which are more expensive than that one but still a lot less than you have been quoted so far.

Thats strange to hear the ECP one is out of stock as they are currently showing 6 within there group?

Thanks for your posts guys. The length of some of these parts is confusing me..... for example the IMASAF part states it is 870mm long which matches what I understand is the OEM part length, however the ERNST, SIGAM and VENEPORTE parts state that they are 950mm long. How does that work with fitting ?

And yes, ECP is part number 704220817, where is you are seeing 6 ?
