W124 E320 front wings (oversize)

Hi there, I have a 1994 E320 coupe and a set of AMG wheels that are 17" and 9" wide with the tyres on. I got them from my old 300ce that had wider wings to accomodate the extra width but the wings were beyond repair, can anyone tell me where I can get wings for the E320 so I can fit the AMG's. I believe the E36 has wide wings does anyone know if they would fit my E320 and if so where can I get them. Thanks Grant

You'll have to fabricate the rears so you may as well fabricate the fronts. E500 front wings are wider but, assuming they're not NLA, they will be expensive

Hi Nick, thanks for your reply. The rear wasnt a problem on the 300ce and when I fitted new wings this is when I discovered the old wings must have been flared as I took a chunk out of a new tyre after 10 yards, I managed to flare them with a 2" by 4 " bit of wood and a grinder as I had already had them painted them, a bit farm yard but it was hard to notice. I will get the wings rolled out with an English wheel and do the job properly. Can you please tell me what NLA stands for. Thanks Grant

Sounds like you need the AMG plastic spacers for wings.

They are basically large washers that make the wing stick out slightly...

Thanks a lot for going to the bother of sending me this link they are pretty much the wheels I have, someone must have done this to my old ce before I bought it. It looks like I have my work cut out but I have a Tig welder and all the tools to do the job and it will be worth it. Thanks again Grant
