W124 electric windows

Hello all , rear electric windows not working on1989 300d. Fronts work fine ,getting power to switches . Any ideas ? Thanks neil

Getting power to switches doesn’t mean there is power going to the motors so check fuses, usually both front windows are on one fuse and both rear windows are on another fuse.

Clean up fuse ends and contacts just in case there is a bad contact being made.

Fuses and connections fine. Tested with voltmeter.

Have you ckecked for power at the motors? If the motors are not used for some time they can jam up.

Ignore what I said about switches above, I may be wrong about that, from the diagram below it appears the left front and rear are on the same fuse. Did both windows faille at the same time?

Front and rear windows on separate fuses. They have never worked whilst I've owned car.i was trying to avoid stripping down doors but will have to so u can check power to motor.

Do you have a comfort control unit like below picture, if you do, it might be an easier place to test the faulty windows insteas og taking the door cards off. See link below for further info.
