Yesterday at around 6.00pm a rather sorry looking estate on the above road. It had obviously hit something coming out of Tinworth Street - must have been big because the front was a real mess. Then I noticed it was a nice w124 estate. I almost went over and asked the gentleman if he'd sell me his leather interior as it was obviously an insurance write-off but thought he's had enough grief for one day and didn't need it rubbed in any further. Its just that I felt really sad going home thinking how such a nice old car's life had been cut cruelly short. There was no sign of the other vehicle.

Secondly, I adminit to having watched the prog on TV last night about Heather Mills. Macca obviously has both taste and an eye for economy as he was filmed driving a W124 Estate which must have been all of 12 years old.

I'm not sure that anyone who married Heather Mills could be said to have much taste. Her past was well known at the time ...

An eye for economy? Four years with Ms Mills and he gets a bill for £24 million? That's economy?

Yes!

But maybe he was distracted at the time!
My point was that cars betray quite alot about peoples' characters.
The fact he was driving around in a 10 year old car.

And what exactly would one infer from that fact?

Perhaps he just likes 124s :)
