So my badass 126 ( see album!) is around 92K miles on the clock, and I want to know what should be checked and replaced at the 100K mark on a straight 6 model.

I can't really advise as much would depend on the service history & any maintenance or repair jobs that may have already been carried out. What I would advise is to replace the fuel injectors if these haven't been changed and a good chance they've not been. Iirc, M-B advise every 60K miles. The more obvious would be, G/box oil & filter, Diff oil, coolant change & thermostat, Brake fluid change etc.

Lovely bus BTW.

+1 on all the above plus plugs, distributor cap, rotor arm & leads if you don't know when they were last done.
