W176 A Class Rear light cluster wiring colours

I'm looking to install LED indicator bulbs into my W176 A180, I get the error warning message & need to install the resistors in order to overcome the message.

Could someone please tell me the wiring colours of

1: The earth wire,
2 Near side indicator
3: Off side indicator

2 & 3 black/green and black/ white
Unless 2&3 have changed colours in the last few years.
