W201 190E 300-24 HELP

I am fitting a 3.0 24v into my 190E, but struggling with the wiring loom.
I have removed the 2.6 loom and laid it next to the w124 loom and they look very different.
the connectors through to the dash are different and the new loom includes the ABS wiring.
do I need to chop the new loom?

Hi, I know a few yrs have passed but we have a slightly melted 2.6 wiring loom and are looking for a replacement. Do you still have yours? Is it a fairly easy job to replace? Any help would be appreciated.
