Would this be the S-class specific fridge at the trunk that would be accessible from the rear seat, through the ski sack door.

An accessory fridge would probably have a lighter socket anyway, I guess the above one too could work with a power adapter.

Thats the one. Its for the boot and it has a two pin power adapter. Where would this plug into? Could i somehow connect it to the battery using an adaptor of somesort?

Yes you can, MB do a kit for you car but you could just buy a socket and a inline fuse from Halfords

I hope it's not the same as the CL class. Ordering the fridge option on my W215 necessitates a smaller fuel tank.
