W202 Sport hardness

Hi,

How hard or rough should the springs be on a W202? I feel like mine have sagged and are harder and rougher than they should be?

Does anyone have any specifications so I can measure how high it should be, the back seems low. Then again, the roads in Liverpool can be awful. Although they are working hard to replace long stretches of them.
