Hello dear members. This is my first post and firstly need to apologize for my English. It's not my native language. I drive the car that i mentioned above and from few days ago i have a probkem. Diagnosis with Star show up error 2016-002 B4/6(Rail pressure sensor) Short sircuit to positive. The problem is that i don't find any information about this sensor. Where is it located? Search with WIS but don't find it. I find this sensor only in CDI engines. Van someone help wiyh that? Thank and have a nice day.

Welcome.

What other symptoms does the car have?

Does the engine start at all?

Is there a mechanical noise or rattle at engine startup?

Does it have a rough idle?

Etc.

And does your W203 car has the older M111 engine (2.0L, 2000-2002), or the later M271 engine (1.8L, 2003-2007)?

Thank you. The engine is 271.942. Car start difficulty and idle is rough. When i clear DTC and make test drive, car run fine, but on partly load begin to jerk and the same error is stored in ECU.
I forgot to mention that there is one more DTC, but i think it has nothing to do with the problem (B16/3) Exhaust temperature sensor.
Thanks again for your time.

PLEASE I have the exact same problem. Did you fix it?
I swapped the fuel rail pressure sensor from F5R Poland and the problem came back only one day later. I also have the exhaust trmp sensor dtc after driving.

Hi, how did you handle the error with B16/3 exhaust temperature sensor ?
