W203 Coupe Spotlights

Having replaced all other headlight & sidelight bulbs on my coupe I would now like to replace the ol dim & yellow spotlight bulbs; Could some kind person tell me how to access the spotlights please?

Do I have to remove the lower front section of the plastic inner wing splash guards & go in from there /
