W203 - Handbrake cable retaining clip - Location

Morning all, hoping someone might be able to offer some guidance/images.

Offered a W203 coupe at a very good price, so could not resist.
Not investigated that fully yet, as not got the car but there is a slight vibration/rubbing noise which I'm guessing/hoping is the issue with the handbrake cable retaining clip breaking.
Now have been able to locate lots of posts re this, but non that I have found contain images/diagrams or an explanation as to where the clip is and how its accessed/checked.

Just wondered if anyone has already had the pleasure of this and could provide some details.

Is that the unobstructed view from under car, or do you have to remove exhaust and heat shields first.
Once again Google is giving different answers.

That is how it looks , nothing removed . This particular (blue) clip is a PITA to access because of the prop shaft , not sure if my C55 AMG has a larger diameter prop shaft but access is not as easy as the photo would have you believe.
