Does anyone know if a 2002/02 W203 saloon has isofix?

Thanks

Richard

Fairly sure it was not standard fit - certainly mine doesn't have it.

On a similar note, has anyone had any compatability issues with stage 2 seats (forward facing from 9 months?)

Mrs E currently has an E36 BMW (spit), and as the rear belts are the wrong way around, and the buckle next to the door sits quit far forward, we have had massive problems finding a seat that doesn't flap around even when the seat belt is tight. Currently looking at a W203 saloon, just want to check we wont have a similar problem as I notice that the rear belt next to the rear door is mounted forward of the part of the seat where the back and base meet.

Thanks

Wife & I use this model to hold our little guy:

Easy fit on either side. Not ISOFIX but very good.

Pretty tight. I will try to get a pic. Fixes with seatbelt as mentioned. What I do is after fixing with seatbelt, I pull seatbelt tight before closing aditional locking mechanism (orange belt lock on top left corner of seat pic). There is one of these locks on either side which is helpful.
Very rugged with alot of protection and the padding is easily removed for washing.
Downside is that it's a bit pricey and I dought (at least for my little guy) that it'll fit when he's in class 3...

If you can get a pic that would be great. Particulaly intersted in the side next to the door.

You have a PM with my email address, or at least you would if your profile allowed PM's.

Thanks

Richard
