Hi all, Just stumbled across the home link "mod" for the Mercedes. Basically buttons under the rear view mirror allowing to open the electric gate and garage with the touch of a button. Currently I have two small remotes I keep in the car to open/close the gate and the garage. Has anyone got one installed or is there another product similar to this. I'm trying to look for this but most of the eBay adds are from the states. Does anyone have any insight as to where I can buy it from and how hard the wiring is ? Thanks
Ps - Im open to alternatives aswell.. I have a good idea but unable to comment on the feasibility of it. The silver buttons that you press for the heated seats have a few silver squares that do not have a function and is merely for aesthetic purposes only. This would be ideal but I kind of think it is near impossible !
