Hi, I've just purchased a 2010 W204 C class, it comes with the Navigation 20 system, however there is no AUX socket in the glove compartment or centre console, and although it comes with bluetooth it is for telephone use only ( no music streaming). Is there a way I can add these or could I upgrade the system to one that supports bluetooth etc, Thanks in advance.

You can upgrade the Audio20 infotainment system to COMAND NTG4, which was a factory option for your car.

It might even be possible to upgrade your system to NTG4.5, which was a factory option on the W204 facelift (2011-2015).

Or you could possibly retrofit some sort of iPod or Universal Media Interface.

The people who would know are www.comand.co.uk.

This would be the proper way of doing it. Said that, if you are after a cheap and cheerful solution.......:

Are you really talking about the Navigation 20 accessory or the Audio 20 radio? The Navigation 20 box itself should have an AUX port and it should also support audio streaming (at least the predecessor UMI device did).

Hi, not 100% what I've got to be honest, looking at the user manuals it's a navigation 20 system plus a audio 20 head unit with built in cd changer in unit not in glove box, definitely no aux socket anywhere in vehicle.

Thanks Mark, just looked on the command website their in Lightwater which is about 10 mins from where I live will give them a call on Monday.

I have the original Universal Media Interface in my 2008 W204, which updated itself to Navigation 20 when I updated the maps some years back, I have a unit in the glovebox that has several leads one of which is a USB, I have all my music son a 32GB stick arranged in Genres , Classical, Popular, Jazz, etc and then further folders for each album containing the MP3 files of the tracks. Works well for me.

Thanks all for the advice, I've done a check and definitely no AUX port, but I do have a MMI port and have purchased a cable that will hopefully work.
