W204 seat swap

I am new to this forum, apologies if this has been asked before but my 2012 w204 has Artico seats they have started to deteriorate over time especially the drivers seat. My question is, has any one exchanged with real leather from similar age vehicle of same model (W204)? if so is it an easy swap? is there anything to watch out for? any problems with wiring connectors etc?
