W204 Steering Wheel

Hello all
I’m looking for a simple non confusing answer to this as I’ve googled it and I’m terribly confused

I have a 62 plate W204 facelift model and have the 4 spoke steering wheel which I really would like to change for the 3 spoke and read several things that it can’t be done , the buttons won’t work , column has to be changed , circuit board needs changing , certain wheels won’t fit and all the posts I read are regarding pre facelift models , So what I’d like to know is

Can the wheel be changed

If it can what wheel , model etc do I need to buy

Is my 4 spoke air bag comparable with 3 spoke

And do I need to change circuit board or is that for pre facelift model

And any more information would be great I’d like to get this all done ASAP
