Not sure what to do as I have been offered a W204 C250 CDi 2012 62 plate with manual transmission for £9k which is being sold off by my employer,
(ex-sales rep) with 103,000 miles on the clock. Is it worth the money?

It has full MB service history.
Spec is not the greatest but some of what it has Command, Audio 20, AMG Sport Package Plus, Microfibre seats, AMG 18inch wheels.

I don't think it has xenons as not listed on EPC, and I would have liked DAB also, but it's not fitted, and would also prefer auto transmission.

The front tyres are bald on the outside edge about 2inches which concerns me as I have read on forums a few people complaining about tyre wear on this model.

I am happy with my CLK270 as it seems to be reliable, so am not sure if it's worth me investing in this C250 even though I have the cash.
Would I be better off buying a proper AMG at some point and give this W204 a miss?

I already own 2 cars, so this would make it 3 unless I sell my old Volvo estate.

If you're happy with what you've got, stick with it. The fact that you prefer an auto box and it has a manual box is enough for you to walk away.

Even though I own a W204... why sell a CLK?

I think you might find the C-Class more modern but not as "pretty"

I would stick to the CLK, better the devil you know.
But i am a bit biased.

Is there any money to be made out of it?

Worst case buy it and run it for a while, if you dont get on with it sell it on and pocket a little cash.

Sounds like you're against it already? If you're also planning to buy a full blown amg too isn't it just setting back that purchase too?

Thanks for all comments.

I have decided not to buy the W204 and will just keep my CLK for now. :)
