W205 Info call button blinking red

Hi guys,

I recently bought a used W205 2015 C class, I'm trying to connect the Mercedes Me app to the car so I can use Android auto. The instructions on the Mercedes Me app say I need to press the Info call button inside the car to link the car to the app. When I press the button, it blinks red. I'm guessing the previous owners never set it up at the dealership. This something the local dealership can fix right?

Yes the dealer can activate Mercedes me, but I doubt the vehicle is compatible with Android Auto my 2016 C class, isn't.
