W205 LED headlight question

Hie guys

I recently got a w205 with led high performance headlights. Prior to collecting the car the dealer informed me that there was a water on the drivers side one and as they were about to do MOT. The dealer replaced with a new one. A few days later sign appeared on dash saying right dipped beam malfunction and front right parking lamp malfunction I checked the lights and they were both functioning normally I switched off the car then turned it on again then the messages were gone it’s done it twice in two weeks.

How best to rectify this?

and also I have noticed the daytime LED (the line) on the replaced LED lamp is marginally dimmer than the one on the passenger side is this normal

Sounds like something hasn't been reconnected properly

Do I need to take into a garage for this or it’s something I can do myself

The dealer did the work, get them to sort it under the warranty. If you start playing with it it may well invalidate the warranty
