W207 ~Cab window issues

Hi, We have an issue with the windows on the 2010 w207 e class cab.

The anti jam drivers side will not reset, it rolls down 50mm?
Windows both sides don't drop when opening the doors?

I will get it on star in the morning, any idea what to look for?

Try this procedure.

Yes done that, its like setting the end points, it does not fix it.

I got round this once by pulling the power plug from the door control unit while operating the window at the same time, then allowing it to re-learn once again. that was on an E coupe, same year. Don't know why, but worked for me.

Well the result with Star, window normalise and not been done drivers side.
It seemed the glass was tight in the rubbers so cleaned with brake cleaner and its running smother.
