Yes...rust around the boot lock...most likely
Although the car has lower than average mileage it will still have age-related rust in the usual places. Price seems a little high for a car with untreated rust! Could get a non-rusty (for the time being!) example for less money.

Or the sticker is there to avoid paintwork being damaged by keys in this weak area.
Who uses the key blade to open the boot? 
On the CLK55 (facelift 208), you'd have to manually remove the blade from the electronic key
Everyone uses the button instead
Where they rust is not due to key scratches anyway, it's where the water collects around the release button.
