W208 windows and roof

Hi all first post here i have a 2000 w208 clk when the weather is warm the roof switch is illuminated and the windows do not work the roof does not work it has been on mstar and no faults found but the rear headrests work when i start the car the red light on the headrest flashes 13 times any help would be appreciated many thanks
