Hi all, I have been looking at long tube headers for w209 CLK55.
I wanted to know if anyone could recommend any. I've looked at kleemann LTH but I've read somewhere that they don't fit RHD models. Not sure whether this is the same for MBH's Cargraphic and MHP's headers. The only ones that I know of that make headers for RHD for sure are CKS and EMP performance. Has anyone fitted any of the above to there vehicle or recommend which to go for as I cannot find any reviews on them for the w209. :dk:

As a Kleeman supplier I can find out if RHD headers are currently available. I am pretty sure they are. Email your details to me at my work address. [email protected]

Kleemann does not make LTH for the M113 only mid size, the will fit the W209 and RHD but need modification to clear the steering. They need to be welded on, you will have to remove the primary cats and have any post cat O2 sensors disabled. Make sure you get the connecting pipes not sure if they supply these as standard in Europe.

Also would suggest fitting Flexi pipes so they headers are not under stress from engine movement.

thanks for the reply guys, sav man you are right, the long tube headers deffo do not fit, i found another member who tried and failed with the kleemann LTH's on a clk. i think it will be between cks and emp performance since they are UK based, just worried about stories i've read with headers cracking, im thinking LTH'S, 200cell cats and relocating O2 sensors behind them.

Fitting a Flexi pipe between the header and the exhaust will reduce the stress the headers are under as the engine moves.
