W210 E300 strange one

OK ill start at the begining,
I bent the under side metal that the rad sits on, took rad out repaired that and pulled the under bracket as straight as i could, Now for the strange part,
car starts to run lumpy and stalls. Restart car and drive home and it wont boost. Maybe 0.1bar, car is as flat as a turd. Next morning, get in car to take it to the workshop and its flying again, 1.5 bar as normal no probelms.
Stop at the shop, get back into car and starts a little lumpy and wont boost again, plus the cruise control has stopped working but the speed limeter does work??

SO in short driven from cold car flys, once stopped and restarted when warm its lumpy, no boost, **** box.
The MAF isnt reading properly either now.

Any ideas? have stripped all the bent area done again, rad, intercooler all boost hoses out and cleaned but made no difference.

EGR valve stuck open, knackered MAF or no input to ECU from MAF or reverse polarity relay going duff would be my thoughts.

Egr is shut, know the maf is messing about, reverse polarity relay where about might that one be?

The relay should be near the ECU, but if the MAF is giving spurious readings i would be looking at that as due to it not reporting EGR function properly it will force limp home mode and drop the turbo.
