As my W211 does not have the Aux socket I decided to by the Mr12Volt Bluetooth USB AUX adapter from eBay. I have fitted it and it sounds much better than the FM transmitter that was powered by the cigarette lighter.

Yep, it will do. It emulates a CD changer so the sound quality should be very good.
