W211 Diesel Injector Leaking Issue

I received my car yesterday from the garage, and it looks no leaking or black death anymore. Mechanics have confirmed that injector and nozzle holder are working fine, there’s no crack on nozzle holder. They said, they’ve found a loose connection on one of the fuel pipes, that’s why fuel was staying there and bubbling because of vibration. I’m not 100% sure but it looks good for now.
Thanks Guys for your support and helpful messages.
All the best,

My W211 recently had a leaking injector. Apparently, it got knackered whilst being removed, so a new one was fitted. Hope yous is all sorted now.

Yeah, it looks ok now but we'll see how long it will last.
Now, the engine is working irregular/knocking :( It's not running smoothly. It looks like doesn't get proper mix of fuel/air ratio. Does anyone know what could be the issue?
Fuel pump, fuel pressure sensor, EGR valve or ??? It only happens when the engine is idle. If I hit the throttle pedal up to 1500rpm or keep cruising, there's no vibration or knocking.

First port of call, as ever, get the codes read. Either something like an iCarsoft as a starting point, or go the whole hog and take it to someone with Star.

Yeah, good point @ChrisEdu
I have Xentry software, I'll connect my laptop and see if I'll get any error codes. Then I'll let you all know here.
Thanks again,

Yeah, go to the idle test, do checks there, see what your injector correction values are when problem starts etc.

Hi Guys,
I haven't found any faults apart from fault code 2373. But I don't know what does it mean or how can I fix it.
Fault Code: 2373 - Adjustment of injector injection quantities Range 600 bar

Please see below/attached for all diagnostic results, hope these help to clarify the situation.

Thanks in advance,

Yes @scotty68
Unfortunately noone could help me with it and had a steering pump failure, too.
I had to sell my car.
Now I have W212 65reg :)
Smoother, quieter and more comfy.
Thanks for your suggestions and opinions.

Yes it can,
but i believe the code on refurbished injectors is irrelevant.

No expert but it may be that the 'teach in' of zero values at tickover and then when running might tune the injectors anyway.

so Xentry didn't have where you can code the injectors in or ? I ask cause I have xentry too but no there yet
Actually it wasn't a recoding issue. I dropped my car to an injector specialist, he confirmed that injectors are healthy and nothing to do with them. I could clearly see the values on 3rd injector was different than the others but he did nothing. I attempted to reset 600bar adaptation values but it didn't help me to run smoothly.

Have you carried out the compression test, there is a simple one in Star.
Then the teach in's. At tickover takes about 14 minutes, from memory the running teach in takes longer.

I carried out the tickover teach in when I fitted new injectors, it wasn't as smooth as I had hoped. 20k miles later I ran the programme again and the smoothness improved.

My compression test was perfect, values on each injector are nearly identical. That's why I didn't carry out the teach process.
