Hi, looking for set LED bulbs for H7 Fit in the 2005 W211 ...can anyone recommend a set of bulbs that are direct fit and canbus with no issues ...the variety on Amazon is confusingly large and I am unsure about the correct fit ...yes some say Canbus but I worry about the holder for the original bulb not fitting the led bulbs ....surely someone has had success with a set of LED´S .

Thanks Tony

If they have it's less likely they would say here.
The responses often cite, not legal, fail MOT, light spray affects oncoming drivers.

You'rs Spain I see, so would've thought the eu riles are pretty much the same?

Osram night breaker are often recommended for more light output.
Chinese stuff would be less reliable anyway, then there are heat sink issues, if the lamps will even fit with that on the back.

I use Osram Nightbreaker ..it´s hogwash marketing more light ....Halogen are lights of the past and do not light the road at night with correct safety ...the ITV /MOT said my lights were just legal with the light they produced with the H7 and thats after polishing the plastic cover . With Xenon or LED there is no comparison ...not all Chinese parts are equal either .

The inspectors of the ITV MOT told me to put Xenon or LED and just change them over for the test ......like they do ...says it all.

Which version of the Osram Night Breaker do you have ?

One thing to check is the condition of the electrical connections especially the earth for each headlamp. Poor connection will reduce current and lower light output.
First check the lights as fitted are working as they should.
Halogen lamps were a massive improvement over those that came before, are drivers eyes becoming less sensitive, certainly not in my experience when I get dazzled by some inconsiderate oncoming driver with mismatched bulbs and light units spraying light everywhere!
