Has anyone here actually successfully adjusted the camber on the rear of a w211 e class mercedes, either by installing camber bolts or arms? I've found adjustable camber bushes but I'm not sure how to go about it all...

What issues are you having?.... I assume inside tyre wear, if yes then you're better to solve the reason rather than the consequence. If both the rears are wearing and it's on coil suspension then it's probably because the coils have sagged.

No issues as such, I'm thinking about swapping the adjustable bushes into the camber arms in anticipation for when i drop the car on my new dampers and springs. I bought bikstein b12 and something tells me i need to adjust the rears.

Remember if your lowering the car the coils will be a higher rate, meaning you can afford a deeper camber ( within reason ) Plus there's less dynamic camber curve on bump at the rear.
