I'd always advise finding a part number, having a friendly parts guy at a mian dealer and calling him with the part number and reference on the drawing.
He will tell you if the part is current.

That's the difference between the two, it's a 300 pound part that's dealer only. I picked this up from a breakers. Right is A2214600184. You can see the shaft is skinnier but everything else lines up. I'm gonna go ahead and try it anyway as my car is holding up the ramp. I will report back on any issues or change in sensation.
