W211 Temp display *F or *C?

I haven't had much of a play with my S211 E500 since I bought it about a month ago, although I have done a 1500 mile round trip over the last ten days or so. I reckon 22 mpg at best! I keep meaning to read the handbook, which is in the car, which is elsewhere at the moment.

The display for temperatures is set to farenheit in the car, both on the 4 zone climate control, and the external temp display in the speedo, which I thought was odd, but is it switchable? I've just seen pics in the E55 for sale thread, and the climate control is showing in *C. I won't be going near my car for a few days, but I'm curious! Thanks in advance.

It's switchable on the 210, so it must be on the 211. It's done via the menu on my car. Some markets (the USA) prefer F.

Ha! The previous owner was American! Thanks, I'll have a read/play.

Dead easy to sort F or C . Use the steering wheel buttons. Scroll through using the left hand buttons with the page symbol and change the values by using the right hand + and - buttons. Can't remember the exact order but it's pretty simple once you've got the correct page displayed in the speedo window.
