W212 E350 ABS ESP and Run flat indicator inoperative

So I bought a 2010 E350 just over a couple of weeks ago and it's been sat on my drive until today (so first drive today) while i've had to sort out driving license stuff
As soon as I started off this morning I got warning lights saying that the ABS and traction control and run flat indicator were not working. Also says the attention assist system is inoperative.
The car still drives which is something I guess!
I have a carsoft v2 scanner tool on the way but just wondered if anyone might have any thoughts on why this has happened. It seemed fine before being left for 2 weeks and I have started it and let it run for about 10 minutes every 5 days or so.

If that doesn’t cure it it’s probably an abs wheel sensor , they definitely don’t like standing being parked up for too long or used irregularly
