W213 Drivers Footwell floor pan

I have a 2019 e220d W213 just purchased from Dealer and concerned the Floor pan looks deformed, its not flat level and is lower by thr throttle pedal like its bowed?
You can also see subwoofer where there is no carpet or trim.
I would be really grateful if somebody can tell me this is normal? Please check both images.

Looks a little as if it's been on a forklift, and I can't believe MB would leave a speaker exposed, don't like it, I'd take it back. Sorry.

Hi I bought the E Class 2017 last week and have the same issue. Did you get any answer? it looks like the car is hit underneath. Please let me know .

Can you look underneath to see if there are marks from say a trolley jack or something else?

Looks very normal to me. Speaker is exposed to allow sound to travel. Floor curve looks just like both my cars. Worst case HPI/Car vertical it if you have concerns about history...?
