W213 facelift spoilers on pre facelift

Any-one know if the boot lids are the same, I've seen a nice Facelift 2022 W213 spoiler I would like to put on my 2017 pre facelift

should be both the same. Only the lights and bumper mouldings are different between the two cars (proven by some people facelifting the old car to the new one themselves).
