W213 nav problem

The nav is not working on my 2017 e class
Been told it will be the antenna could anyone tell me where it is located and how to change it

The GPS antenna is usually in the 'shark fin' aerial at the rear of the roof (outside the car).

Antenna is in the driver side mirror. Had mine changed due to fault.
