Sry for bad english ) I had a strange problem with my cls. I started feel vibration(like a exhaust leans against the body or something like a bad engine mounts,but I cheked the exhaust mounts,all were good) when car cold,and I start to drive from stop(parking) with little more gas and when steering wheel TURNED LEFT. If I turn streering to the right and press more gas,there is no vibrations. Also,when I press from the stop line half throttle,low vibrations also feels. This happens only when car is cold,when car warmed up,no vibrations are gone. Vibration feels from the rear and like it going thru the driveshaft. Engine and transsmision mount a new(lemfiorder) Driveshaft bearing looks not cracked. Flex joint rear is looks old,with so much small crakcs,but not cracked.(photo) The second problem(I think its the same part affects both symptoms) when I drive at speed 80-100 I feel vibration and rattle like a unbalanced rims,feels thru the all car and steering wheel. No deppend or I accelerate or deacelerate. At the same speed at light throttle and deacelerating I hear the noise from the rear differential(I know,differential must be raplaced) BUT,now the second quesstion. Can all my symptoms be caused by a rear differential? My expperience says,that rear diff only can make a noise. 1 old thread I found,something had rear diff noise on S class,and highway vibrations,and when changed diff,the noise and vibrations a gone.Hmm.. Also I was lifted the car and take off the rear wheels,then I reached speed 80-100 without wheels(so the rims is not the problem),I and feels the car shaking at these range of speed. But under the car no visible places from where these symptoms occur. I thought it would be the TC,but some peapole says that there is not the TC symptoms. Also 1 spec with the mersedes,who had expreience,drove my car,and says that there no any symptoms of bad torque conventer(maybe he’s wrong too..if enyone have experience with bad TC in 7gtronic gearboxes,reply please) So this issue also rejected. My things is the rear cv axles,diff or the flex joint. Please help anyone. Maybe there is 2 different problems
