My W220, 2005 miss satelite to Comand, shows 0 satelite in display. I have changed sharkfin, no result. Connection between nav-cd in boot is ok because I can manually moove cursor in map-screen (map is ok) but the car appeares to be on a totally different place than the car. Clock does not adjust

It will almost certainly be the Sat nav decoder / amplifier unit. What is the radio reception like?

The amplifier is integrated to the shark fin antenna. Could be the coax cable from the antenna to the navi processor. Some cars have a connector half way on the cable and the connector may get corroded. I would just expect a "-" instead of a "0" on the display.
