W221 2011 air conditioning compressor

Hi guys,
I have some issues with my aircon compressor. The original compressor was finished, replace with another one ( new from eurocarparts)- didn’t work. Fitted a second one - this one works but only when the car reaches 3000-4000 rpm.
The control valve is different.. i will attach some pictures to be more specific.
Can this control valve be the issue( the valve in the picture is the original from the car, melted when was fitted on the new one) ?

Best getting anything aircon related from Merc in my experience. With the exception of the condensor. I have had no luck with pattern parts when it comes to the other hardware
