We have just worked out the parts needed for doing a facelift update for someone whose S class who had halogen headlamps and headlamp washer.
It looks like all S class's have the level adjustment sensors though, as these are used for the nice S class suspension so it is not a major mechanical headache to add them.
But, if retrofitting Xenons you also need to have headlamp washers too.
