W221 S350 Bluetec with a few issues

My 2011 W221 Cdi Bluetec has a few issues

Command sound says device unavailable

Air con will not switch on. It keeps jumping back to offwhen I tru and switch it on. It was low on gas, so had a re gas

Lastly, when driving, I get a slight shudder and then feels like she's in limp mode as can't get 6th or 7th gear. She will climb very slowly to 70mph. Switch her off and all is fine for about 10 miles then the problem come back. I took her to an indy for a service but they couldn't find any stored codes regarding this issue.

I have exactly the same problem with my 2010 W221 Bluetec air con. I had a regas yesterday but with both left and right autos On and set to Lo, the centre screen still showed Air Con Off.
When I got the central command knob and turned it to A/C on, after 1 second the tick came back in the box and the screen displayed Air Con off.
What am I doing wrong members? TIA.

I finally got my S class into my Indy today and they sorted the problem. The receipt came to £45 + vat and said, " Carry out star test"
I asked the receptionist and he said they had just reset the system.
Anyway, it's a lot better now so members know what to do.
