W246 Driver's side overmat - clip to front floorpan

This is my first post; apologies if incorrect in some detail(s).

I have recently purchased a late 2013 W246 B180 (with auto option). In my excitement to buy, I failed to spot that the driver's side overmat was missing one of the studs that hold the carpet down.

I have managed to obtain the stud (looks like A1706840035) but haven't been able to trace whatever part connects this black stud to the hole in the floor pan.

I'm told that these studs are used in a number of models (although I haven't found any reference during my searching).

Does anyone have any idea what I should be looking for, part number perhaps?

Normally, eBay is my friend - but not in this case.

Hopefully, the answer isn't a trip to the main stealers to find out....

W211 684 00 23 is the 'cap, upper part' that fits on A170 684 00 35 'bracket, lower part'.

See items 30,40,130,140 in the parts list and drawing below.

It turns out I had .. 00 23 and needed .. 00 35 - which has now been ordered.

I must admit, it isn't entirely clear how this part is fitted; it looks as if it is located under the cabin carpet.

You can guess what I'll be doing next weekend (weather permitting).
