Car drives fantastic with no transmission issues however, I have noticed when slowly dropping down gears coming down to a stop I can feel the gear drop down with the slightest jolt ever only to gear 1 - Is this normal ?

I get it only once in a while from my 9g . Seems to be when I slow down a bit too fast to what the cars expecting. Could also be the 4 matic playing a part ??

Have it serviced on time or before even , pretty much bombproof unit TBF.

77,500 or 5 years. So now really for a 2019 model.

Whoops , I see you gave the age of the car in the title of the post. As said , it's due a Transmaission service.
