W463 G Wagon - dash lights gone

Hi all - got my car back from MOT and all internal lights (dash and switches) no longer come on. Also noticed that the RIGHT dipped beam headlight (front) and RIGHT rear headlight are not working. Everything else is fine.

Inclined to think it's fuse/switch/earthing related given its all internals and only the right exterior lights that suddenly don't work. Any ideas what this could be and how I can sort this (not keen on taking back to the MOT place as I just don't trust them with my car anymore).
