W639 vito 2012 113cdi automatic facelift. Got issue for long time ( few years, done over 100k ml with this issue). When start driving in the morning, while wehicle cold doing say stable 50mph revs pulsing around 150÷200( revs arrow pulsing say between 1800÷2000) it does for around 4miles, then all good as it should be until next morning or until vehicle gets completely cold. If put 3 gear manually and hold 3000 revs and above seems doesn't pulsing. Rev pulsing very noticeably on higher gear ( 5) and lover revs especially on cruise. Any idea where is a problem? As seems nothing serious but annoying for first 10 min every morning...

My E220 cdi was exactly like this.
It was the torque converter solenoid on the blink.

It was easy to change and I did it myself.

Sounds vaguely like a torque converter fault to me
