Wanted S202 2.5 turbo diesel w202

[Biodiesel]

I am after a C250 TD with the following spec:

Must haves:
Estate
150bhp 5 cyl turbo diesel engine
Low number of owners
Good service history
Mileage backed up by MOT history
Automatic
Aircon
2 keys


Nice to haves:
Newer the better - ideally 2001
Higher spec the better
Lower mileage the better
Sunroof
Tiptronic
Towbar
Headlight wash/wipe
Cruise control
Alloy wheels
Parking sensors
Mud flaps
Roof bars
Heated seats

I'm not fussed on body colour.
Cloth seats OK, if leather seats - need to be heated.
Rather not have light colour interior.
